Aella Reyes- I Will Not Bow Down by Breaking Benjamin

This song shows how Allea is not willing to bow to anyone, which is her personality in a nutshell. But it also goes deeper. She wants to shut the world away and, realizing the futile situation of the world, has a very negative view of the future and where it lies. As much as she loves her job, she does not see the point of containing the sick for long, because she realizes that it won't be long before they're all sick and dying.

Malachi Fulton- Up Rising by Muse

Malachi feels very strongly about what the government is doing- locking up the sick like animals in a concentration camp and not telling the healthy where they are. It makes him angry, and he wants to do something about it. Not that he's planning a rebellion...yet. But the words in this song echo in his head over and over again every time he makes a diagnosis and is forced to send someone away to their death.

Hal Volkov- Prayer of the Refugee

The song basically describes the volatile relationship between him and his guardian back home. Hal is a shadier character than you may think. He has a lot of secrets that he's been trying to hold back. As a young boy he was taken away from his real parents and raised to play a role, he was raised to be somebody's puppet. Hal wants to clip free from the strings that are holding him back. Many people's lives are at stake if he doesn't do so soon. He's not who you think he is. 

Rae Peyton- Coming Undone by Korn

Rae sometimes puts up a front to look tougher than she really is. As a woman craving independence, you would think she is strong but she is truly delicate emotionally in the end. The pressure of everything she is hiding is starting to get to her and she's coming undone. She is slowly loosing her mind and truly living among the twisted.

Malachi and Selinne's- There's a Place For Us by Carrie Underwood 

Malachi and Selinne have hit a lot of road bumps in their relationship, and several times have felt like giving up. But through perseverence and their stubborn personalities, they've managed to stay together, and now they can finally openly admit that they cannot live without each other. Derek and Selinne's- Haunted by Evanescence

Sel has had a lot of problems with Derek lately. Being stuck with him for about..a week or so, has really freaked Selinne out. At first Derek and Selinne were all, rawr rawr and i'm going to kill you and then it got more serious than that. Derek wanted answers and he knew that Malachi was her friend. Derek wanted to know whawt Selinne and Malachi where up to. So he forced it out of Selinne a couple of different ways. Threating the best one and then trying to throw her in a Quaratine.
