There are several
large building surrounding the healthy community within Carmel. One of them
holds all the healthy people, the rest are mostly vacant.
There are still plenty
of people that are not sick yet so you can still find some trying to run a small
coffee shop or playing out in the streets. At night the city streets are a
dangerous place. Muggings and shootings are common.
Here is where dirty
deals are made. People come here to trade things with one another. Who said
government officials weren’t excluded from doing so?
Here
is probably the only nice area around town. It’s only a couple of steps from
Carmel. Usually lovers come here to spend some time with one another. It’s the
only green area in sight until you reach the camp.
